Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have officially become parents once again!

In a memorable moment that many may recall, Rihanna shared her pregnancy news with her second child alongside the “Sundress” artist during her widely watched Super Bowl halftime performance in February of this year, which has now garnered over 180 million views on YouTube. The well-known couple previously welcomed their first child, a baby boy named RZA Athelston Mayers, into their lives in May 2022. According to reports from insiders, their newest addition, another baby boy, entered the world earlier this month. Sources close to the situation revealed to TMZ that the child was born on August 3rd in Los Angeles. Although the name of the baby has yet to be disclosed, speculation suggests that it might follow the tradition of starting with the letter “R.”

Several months ago, a source shared that Rihanna wanted a baby girl to complete her family. The insider stated,

“Rihanna would love to have a girl next — she and A$AP even have names picked out already.”

The same source hinted that the billionaire was contemplating making her relationship with A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayer, official through marriage.

“Throwing a wedding and having another baby are Rihanna’s main focus at the moment. Agreeing to do the Super Bowl definitely reinvigorated her love of performing, but it still doesn’t compare to what she has at home. Luckily, A$AP’s on board, too.”

On the contrary, a different insider came forward to share that the “We Found Love” singer is no longer in a hurry to walk down the aisle.

While the couple didn’t have a girl as they had wished, it’s undeniable that they’re overjoyed by the arrival of their newest family member. Their plans regarding marriage remain uncertain for now. Given Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s inclination toward privacy, it wouldn’t be surprising if they suddenly revealed that they’d tied the knot without much fanfare.
