Avery Wilson, the prodigious singer and songwriter known for his extraordinary vocal talent, has once again graced us with his musical prowess. His latest single, “Kiss the Sky,” is a breathtaking musical journey that showcases his exceptional vocal range and undeniable passion for creating soulful, emotive music. Written and produced by musical duo, Claude Kelly & Chuck Harmony, Avery takes us through lover’s paradise.

Avery Wilson first captured the world’s attention with his remarkable vocal performances on the hit TV show “The Voice” in 2012. While he didn’t win the competition, he left an indelible mark and went on to establish a successful career in the music industry.

“Kiss The Sky” is Avery’s first offering since 2019’s 4-song EP, 8:34 followed by 2020’s “Smoke,” both of which were released independently. Prior to that, he’s released 2018’s FYI featuring the singles, “Dollar Bill” and “Callin’.” Since then, he’s went on the road with Christina Aguilera singing background vocals on tour. Last year, he paid tribute to the legendary Freddie Jackson at BET’s Black Music Honors. If that’s not enough, Mr. Wilson also accompanied R&B singer/songwriter Tank and Chante Moore while providing backing vocal’s for Grammy award winning icon Babyface’s NPR’s Tiny Desk. He’s recently landed on role on the Broadway’s popular “The Wiz” playing Scarecrow, where he will be traveling the country from September to March 2024.
