The Chainsmokers have dropped their new single “Summertime Friends” via DISRUPTOR/Columbia Records. The song marks their latest drop from the new TCS5 Era and arrives alongside a VHS-style official video directed by Spencer Miller.

Drew took to Instagram to share a candid post about the sweet story and inspiration behind the song.

“Summertime Friends” follows the release of “My Bad” with Shenseea, “Celular” with Nicky Jam and Maluma, “See You Again” with ILLENIUM and Carlie Hansen,“Self Destruction Mode” with bludnymph, and “Up & Down” with 347aidan. Following the release of their 2022 album So Far So Good, their latest music offerings find the guys going back to their roots with explosive collaborations with their favorite artists.

Last month, The Chainsmokers played the biggest show of their careers and broke the attendance record at LA Historic Park at the inaugural show of The Party Never Ends. They delivered the second iteration of the series with two special sold-out shows at Red Rocks in Colorado this past weekend. Alex and Drew continue to play shows and festivals around the world, including their multiple Vegas residencies.
