Following 2022‘s Hourly Profit and spearheaded by single “Clinton Cash,” Virginia‘s own Krown Vic delivers a new 13-track LP titled Street PHD. Once again tapping in-house instrumentalist Garso Dio additional production contributions come compliments of Wright AveAO BeatsMillidaengineerJ DubbKidd SlopesKellzMadeItBlack KenFutureWizard, and Hocus.

In a press statement detailing the inspiration behind the fresh body of work, Vic reveals:
“This project came together on its own. Not only were fans craving new music, but I also noticed my unique brand of music has been missing from rotation since I dropped Hourly Profit last year. I am recording, so I just sporadically began going through the thousands of songs I have on my hard drive and with the help of my team we curated a really dope piece of art.”

Krown Vic is a DMV based rapper who, alongside in-house producer Garso Dio, combines Hip-Hop beats and witty wordplay with a Trap-Punk twist. Though he stays true to his lane of street storytelling, K.V. lyrics double as a cautionary tale to the youth about how making the wrong decisions can derail you from personal growth. As an adolescent he admired heavy weight entertainers like Eminem and Michael Jackson, who directly influenced his sonic stylings.

After touring the West Coast and Florida with Lil PumpD Savage, and Joey Fatts, Vic regularly performs at local Washington D.C. venues EdenGriffin, and Rose Bar. He has also shared the stage with Billboard chart-topping artists Gucci Mane21 SavageLil Uzi Vert, and DRAM.
