Simple City, Washington, D.C. native Balla releases another project titled ‘Felon In Possession’ months after sharing ‘Top Opp On Alert’ that included a feature from Moneybagg Yo. With thirteen tracks of gritty, street laden wordplay decorate with a diverse amount of beats.

With his unfortunate current circumstances Balla wanted to make the most of what life presented him currently and ‘Felon In Possession’ might just be his best work to date. Features includes fellow DMV natives Luckeywon, I Am Northeast, and Lil Dude.
