Last night (Oct. 19), 21 Savage gave Spelman & Morehouse students a homecoming concert for the books! He did that by bringing out close friend and frequent collaborator, Drake. What started as a performance of ”Knife Talk” the two’s collaborative effort from Drake’s ‘Certified Lover Boy’ album quickly turned into the Canadian-born rapper performing his hit “Nonstop” for an arena filled with Atlanta HBCU students.

Drake also made it very clear that while he wasn’t invited to perform he did because of his relationship with 21.

“By the way, I didn’t get invited to this show. Nobody from Morehouse asked me to perform. My brother brought me here, so make some noise.”

The pop-up performance marked Drake’s first one since 2018 so it wasn’t long before Spelhouse’s homecoming concert was a viral moment. According to sources, the lineup was packed with hitmaking artists like Lil Yachty, Rubi Rose, Rae Sremmurd, Trinidad James and of course, 21 Savage.
