Doechii And SZA Get Flirty In Official Video For ‘Persuasive’

Doechii is making her mark in the music industry with her fiery new song “Persuasive.’ The song, which was already a fan favorite throughout social media, was originally released as a solo track in March of this year. The TDE artist dropped her EP  she / her / black bi**h, her earlier this month but not before earning a verse from her labelmate SZA.

When describing the story behind the song Doechii explained that she wanted to create a track that can be for all people.

I created “Persuasive” to uplift people and bring communities together, so having SZA jump on the song was a perfect fit because I’ve always connected with others over her music,. Knowing that SZA is with TDE was what originally got me most excited about being on this label, so now that we have a song together it’s a full-circle moment. She really ATE! This collaboration is everything I always imagined it to be.

Sara Lacombe directed the sultry yet flirty visual, which gives these ladies the look of goddesses incorporating underwater pole dancing to seductive moves in stiletto boots.
