Megan Thee Stallion is coming back sooner than we think!

The rapper started teasing her album a few days ago but announce today (August 11th) that the album is dropping tonight at midnight.

The album will feature the already released singles “Sweetest Pie (feat. Dua Lipa),” “Pressurelicious (feat. Future)” and “Plan B.” Rico Nasty, Latto, Jhené Aiko Pooh Shiesty, Key Glock, and more will appear as featured artists on the 18-track record.

While fans are super excited for new music, Megan is jumping for joy as this will be her last project under the record label 1501 Certified.

Y’all know I always have problems with dropping my music under this label, all these games and having to go to court just to put out my art has been so stressful,” Megan wrote in a tweet. “Thank you hotties for rocking with me through the bullshit WE ALMOST OUT LETS STAY FOCUSED AND RUN THIS LAST ONE UP.

Thee Stallion has been in an on-going battle with the label since March 2020. Megan sued 1501 for allegedly stopping her from releasing new music, requesting that the judge throw out her current contract with the label. Since then, there has been 4 lawsuits including 1501’s countersuit over the definition of an “album,” claiming that 2021’s Something for Thee Hotties does not fulfill the requirements to be deemed an album.

The banter didn’t stop there. Once news leaked that Megan believed her current label was behind the leaks, !501’s CEO took to Instagram to difuse the rumors.

In her cover story with Rolling Stone, Megan said of the album, “I want to take you through so many different emotions.” She added: “At first you was twerking, now you might be crying.”
