Atlanta Rapper Trouble Killed During Home Invasion

Mariel Semonte Orr, 34, better known by his rap moniker Trouble was murdered on Sunday morning (June 5) during in home invasion in Atlanta at Lake St. James Apartments in Conyers. Apparently, there’s a reported suspect by the name of Jamichael Jones that is in question in connection with the shooting and a warrant has already been issued for the 33-year-old on aggravated assault, allegations of murder, and home invasion.

Jones appeared at the woman’s home, whom Trouble was visiting and seeing, and opened fire on the ATL rapper, striking him once in the chest before fleeing the scene. He was reportedly in a “domestic situation” with the woman in question. According to sources, Trouble and Jones had no ties and didn’t know one another. By the time paramedics and police arrived, the rapper was pronounced dead on the scene.
