Polo G Ignores His “Distractions” On His Way To Fame

New superstar and Chicago hitmaker Polo G has released his new single “Distraction” via Columbia Records. This is the first single from Polo G’s forthcoming and highly anticipated new album due later this summer, produced entirely by Southside. The teaser announcing the track and starring Kai Cenat trended #1 on YouTube amassing over 2.5 million views within a week. 

The compelling music video for “Distraction,” directed by Christian Breslauer (Lil Nas X “Industry Baby” and The Weeknd “Die For You”), compliments the energy of his breakout hit “RAPSTAR,” setting the tone for a big summer for Polo. The video made its global broadcast world premiere on BET Jams, as well as on the Paramount Times Square billboards. 

“Distraction” follows up Polo G’s smash hit “RAPSTAR” which topped charts around the world in 2021, becoming a breakthrough year for Polo, with the Chicago star’s Hall Of Fame album also debuting at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 in June and is certified Platinum.
