Grammy Nominated Hip-Hop artist Fivio Foreign and his foundation; Foreignside Foundation alongside (Dream Doll and TJ Atoms) Million Dollar Drive By came into partnership with Children of Promise NYC to give a day of selflessness and servitude to the less fortunate. The event took place at Children of Promise facility in Brooklyn, New York.
With the holiday season in rotation, for many – it can be a sensitive and stressful time, primarily for children. With the three foundations in conjunction (Foreignside Foundation, Million Dollar Drive By (curated by Melissa Gabriel), and Children of Promise NYC) the mission is to give back to the children who has been affected by mass incarceration and now lives in poverty-stricken neighborhoods. By giving back, each organization shared Thanksgiving meals and indulged in fun-filled engaging activities and raffles throughout the extravaganza.
Sponsors who prepared the meals for the special occasion included: Brooklyn Lobster, Bare Burger, Sweet Chick NYC, Vydia, 300 ENT, and Nish Like Wish to name a few.
Fivio Foreign ended the evening with a surprise performance in which the children beamed with excitement.
