With a few weeks away, Pitchfork has entered in their 15th annual music fest which produces a weekend filled star-studded lineup. The event kicks off on September 10th and winds down on September 12th where the event will be taking place at Union Park in Chicago, IL.

Pitchfork Music Fest is a 3-day event and will feature a plethora of different artists, ranging from Black Midi and St. Vincent to Erykah Badu. Synonymous to the eclectic school like design (and alongside a live band) during their video segments, the event acquires a similar aesthetic that gives the fanbase a sense of familiarity.

Editor-in-Chief Puja Patel spoke earlier in the summer during a press release, describing excitement and gratitude that the weekend event resumed after experiencing the tumultuous pandemic a year prior.

“We are unbelievably excited to celebrate the return of live shows, our music community, and, most importantly, the artists and events crews who have made this year’s festival possible,” Editor-in-Chief Puja Patel stated. “I know this will be a cathartic weekend for all of us, and that it lands right before the 25th anniversary of the publication makes it all the more special.” (via: substreammagazine)
