New Music Friday this week had a wide variety of music, albums, and fire singles from different artists. It was filled with bangers, insane music videos, and tributes to some of the best. The posthumous album from Pop Smoke deserves to be praised. The features on the album include Kanye West, Pusha-T, Rick Ross, Takeoff, Future, Dua Lipa, Kid Cudi, Quavo, Kodak Black, Chris Brown, Swae Lee, and Pharrell. The album is titled Faith and although it has been over a year since he passed, Pop Smoke’s fans could not have been more ready for music from the legend. Being recognized as one of New York’s Biggest Rappers since 50 Cent, the posthumous album from Pop Smoke is bound to make a break for the top charts. The best way to recognize and admire a legend is to bring his music into the world for everyone to hear and for it to get the attention it deserves.

Normani shocked the world with a music video featuring Cardi B for her new song titled “Wild Side”. Normani takes front and center for her latest single. In the music video, Normani shows her skill for dance while performing her single at the same time. The highly anticipated album from Normani has not been announced but fans are waiting on the edge of their seats for it.

Other singles released Friday included a single by Trippie Redd featuring Lil Uzi Vert titled “Holy Smokes” and Kevin Abstract’s single called “SLUGGER” featuring $NOT and slowthai. Lastly, after releasing Sixtape in 2019, Blxst and Bino Rideaux have released the highly anticipated Sixtape 2. Following similar vibes from the first album that fans loved, Blxst and Bino Rideaux have perfected their voices and style with Sixtape 2. The two artists balance each other very well and have found a way to flow through the music. This Friday’s music did not disappoint and we already know we will be blasting it throughout the week.
