June 11th is almost here and it appears we finally have gotten the final piece of the puzzle with Migos releasing the cover art and tracklist for their inbound Culture 3. The cover art, which features the faces of Offset, Quavo, and Takeoff merged together is a concept that will generate some strong opinions for sure. However, the tracklist features a star-studded supporting cast of Drake, Cardi B, Polo G, Future, Justin Bieber, and Youngboy Never Broke Again. Culture 3 will also have posthumous appearances from Juice WRLD and Pop Smoke.
With tracklists for all three albums scheduled for June 11th released and no signs of surprise drops from any other artists, the stage is set for June 11th with all eyes on Polo G, Pi’erre Bourne, and Migos. Now fans wait for any new singles or last-minute tweaks before the musical feast that will be June 11th. With any luck, fans can hope for June 11th to set the tone for the rest of the summer with new music from the top artists of Hip-Hop being released each week. While the likelihood of such a reality is still unclear, many fans like me are increasingly hopeful that the summer of 2021 will be one for the ages only to be rivaled by the summer of 2016. As the waiting game continues for about two more nights, all that’s left is for fans to set their expectations and prepare for the music avalanche that has now become imminent.
