Fergie Baby is an up-and-coming hip-hop artist based out of Harlem, New York and is marking his territory in the competitive realm due to his charismatic persona infused with indelible yet memorable punchlines.
Uncanny to the presumed stereotype of other lyricists, Fergie Baby earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at the prestigious Penn State University. Music, however, has been his first love since the earlier stages of his life and things flowed naturally once making his introductory debut with his smash hit single, “Bleachers,” and soon followed suit with another New York banger titled, “Sh*tten Me.”
Garnering a massive amount of traction from two singles alone, it came to no surprise that the Harlem native would release his first project, ‘Are You Dum Vol. 1’ in 2018 which amassed well over a half-million streams. The following year, he released an LP titled, ‘Baby S*it,’ which accumulated a healthy and steady amount of traction, notably “Neaky,” using Fantasia’s classic joint, “When I See You.” Fergie Baby also collaborated with Billy B on a track called “Thoopid.”
As the third quarter of 2021 approaches, Fergie Baby resurfaces with Volume II of ‘Are You Dum,’ and it is straight bars with charismatic flow. The project has already created a buzz feed throughout the east coast, and it is making an organic approach throughout different cities around the states. Fergie is one of the few artists with a versatile dialect which keeps the fan base entertained as well as intrigued about what does he have under his sleeve.
It is with clear distinction that Fergie Baby is an artist to keep a steady eye on in the near future.
Currently ‘Are You Dum Vol. II’ is available on all streaming platforms.
