T.I. and Tiny Harris are in hot water after a lawyer is seeking criminal prosecution against the pair for alleged repeated offenses of sexual assault.

The celebrity couple has been fielding allegations of sexual abuse and harassment since the beginning of the year. Those accusations have been adding up, and lawyer Tyrone A. Blackburn is now going to represent 11 of the alleged victims in a criminal investigation.

The alleged victimization levied by T.I. (real name Clifford Harris) and Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris includes drugging, rape, and sexual assault by either T.I. and Tiny, or otherwise members of their entourage. Letters for criminal inquiry into the couple have been sent by Blackburn to the offices of the U.S. Attorneys for the Northern District of Georgia and the Central District of California, the Los Angeles County District Attorney, and the state Attorney Generals of California and Georgia.

In a new report from the New York Times, five victims opened up about the abuse. Reporters also spoke with friends and family members and reviewed photos and messages from the victims that line up with the timeline of events.

T.I. and Tiny’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, commented on the accusations and told the Times that they “deny in the strongest possible terms these baseless and unjustified allegations.”

“We are confident that if these claims are thoroughly and fairly investigated, no charges will be forthcoming. These allegations are nothing more than the continuation of a sordid shakedown campaign that began on social media. The Harrises implore everyone not to be taken in by these obvious attempts to manipulate the press and misuse the justice system.”

The couple, who have been married since 2001, faced the allegations back in January, when an alleged victim named Sabrina Peterson opened up about the time that T.I. held a gun to her head back in 2009. Since then, numerous other victims have come forward, prompting VH1 to halt production of the pairs’ reality show, T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle.
