In March of 21006, rapper Too $hort released his single “Blow The Whistle.” While the song failed to chart on the billboard Hot 100, it remains one of the rapper’s staple songs and on of his biggest hits to date, reaching #70 on the R&B and #21 on the Rap charts. Produced by Lil’ Jon, the song has been sampled by Drake and most recently Saweetie. Jay Z noteably did a freestyle to the beat, giving props to $hort and dissing Deshawn Stevenson.
