Ludacris celebrated 25 years of Disturbing Tha Peace and Sunday had the crowd going back in time of how things used to be! Luda had hits from “Rollout (My Business) to “Move B****” to even “Get Back.” With Southern Hospitality, the Chicken-N-Beer rapper had brought out the First Lady of Disturbing Tha Peace Shawnna by performing “Gettin’ Some.” The crowd had gotten super excited when Usher was brought out as a special guest performing the 20 year old hit single “Lovers & Friends!” The pop star had all the ladies wanting if he is giving out the cherries with his silk yet fluffy jacket. Along to that Luda brought out Chingy performing classics, Jeezy hyping the crowd with his famous yet trap hits! Also Fergie surprised us with her stunning set performing “Glamourous” as it has been her first time out in the scene in over seven years! Such an historical night and it doesn’t stop there. Let’s circle back from Day one.

One Music Festival is back again with their two-day festival featuring some incredible artists who have hit the stage and left with no crumbs. As this year, it was set to have it at Piedmont Park as they added a Toyota stage! From funny stage moments to monumental memories we won’t forget. Ray J had sung the crowd favorite “One Wish” as he solely had one wish! Sammie was singing “You Should Be Girl” to all the ladies. As we wrapped up day one, it was astonishing day filled with legends and classic hits! As Day two came to arise, we were waiting for Ludacris set as he was celebrating 25 year of Disturbing Tha Peace. First, Marvin Sapp hit us with the prayers to start off the day. One Music Fest gave us a trail ride while hitting the fans and doing our trail dance even in the rain. For the second year, Chief Keef had cancelled his set prior to his 2023 he was suppose to be on. It didn’t stop the fans from seeing Leon Thomas as he has had a MUTT season performing such a sensational set. Clipse came out prior to it repping and bringing Virginia’s rap scene to the South.

Jazmine Sullivan gave us the silhouettes as she brought out a special guest appearance from Ari Lennox. The neo-soul singers have made it back and bringing the soul back that is needed for the music scene. Doechii set was incredible as she performed a freestyle in the middle of her set. Her deliverance, stage presence and flow is phenomenal. The Grammy-award winner left the stage with no crumbs and as she gained fans who hasn’t experienced a Swamp season set before, I am sure more will come back!

One Music Festival did an incredible job as they made sure to listen to their attendees to make it a successful event! We are sure to come back next year!
