Maui’s police chief, John Pelletier, faces accusations of covering up a violent gang rape allegedly involving Sean “Diddy” Combs, Odell Beckham Jr., and Druski.

The bombshell allegations are part of an amended lawsuit filed in Northern California federal court, which claims Pelletier worked to conceal the attack on Ashley Parham, one of Combs’ accusers, back in 2018.Pelletier, who was serving as a police captain in Las Vegas at the time of the alleged assault, is accused of posing as a Contra Costa sheriff’s deputy when he responded to a 911 call about the attack at a home in Orinda, California.

Parham, the alleged victim, had fled the house in distress following the assault and had believed a neighbor who called 911 was offering help. However, according to the lawsuit, Pelletier’s actions suggested a deliberate attempt to cover up the crime and protect the accused celebrities.

The amended lawsuit alleges that Pelletier falsely identified himself as a sheriff’s deputy and dismissed the severity of the situation. He supposedly told Parham and the neighbor that multiple noise complaints had been received prior to the call and instructed Parham to find a way home, without offering any further assistance. The suit also claims that Pelletier handed an envelope to the neighbor, who later returned empty-handed. Parham believes the envelope contained cash intended to conceal the attack.

Originally, Parham’s lawsuit, filed in October of the previous year, did not identify Pelletier or name Beckham Jr. and Druski. However, the amended lawsuit now explicitly accuses the celebrities, including Combs, of participating in the gang rape. According to the filing, Combs allegedly threatened Parham with a knife and used a TV remote to assault her in what is described as a revenge attack after Parham had suggested a connection between Combs and the murder of Tupac Shakur. The lawsuit also claims that Beckham Jr. and Druski, along with others, took turns assaulting Parham.

The lawsuit further details that the attackers referred to Beckham Jr. as “Cornelius,” a nickname derived from his middle name, Cornelious Beckham. Parham believes that one of the attackers, known as “Doe Cornelius,” was in fact Beckham. Beckham Jr. has strongly denied the accusations.

Comedian Druski, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, is also named in the lawsuit. He is accused of assaulting Parham by applying oil to her naked body and using it as a “slip and slide” due to his size. The filing further claims that Druski raped Parham after stopping himself from falling off the bed. Druski has responded by calling the allegations a “fabricated lie.”

Combs, for his part, has long denied similar accusations. His legal team has denounced the new complaint as an attempt to manipulate the legal system for personal gain. “This new complaint — brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs — demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday,” Combs’ lawyers stated. They also pointed out that Combs was not in Orinda on the day of the alleged assault, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department had already determined that Parham’s claims were unfounded following a thorough investigation.
