Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski Face Serious Claims in Diddy’s Legal Battle – They Deem It As Nonsense

A woman is accusing Odell Beckham Jr. of being one of several men who raped her alongside Diddy during a violent encounter in 2018. Diddy’s legal team is calling the allegations nonsense, and so is the NFL star, who described them as outright “stupid.”

Odell Beckham Jr. put out a more official statement on his X page, yesterday (March 10) saying there’s “absolutely no truth” to the new claims made against him in Ashley Parham’s updated complaint.

He stated, “I was not anywhere near Orinda, CA at that time,” he said. “In fact, I don’t think I have ever even been to Orinda, CA. I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed.”

The woman, Ashley Parham, according to TMZ, first detailed the incident in a lawsuit filed in a California federal court back in October 2024. She claimed that Diddy and several unnamed individuals brutally assaulted her at a Northern California home after she made a comment about Tupac’s murder during a FaceTime call with Diddy at a bar about a month earlier.

In an updated version of the complaint submitted by her attorneys on Friday, she alleged that two of the unnamed individuals were Beckham and comedian Druski. She claimed that after Diddy held a knife to her face, covered her in lubricant, and raped her with a TV remote, Druski then “jumped on top of” her, knocking the wind out of her as he treated her body “like a slip and slide.” She alleged that he then began to rape her vaginally.

Shortly after, she claimed Beckham also took part in the assault, alleging that some of the men in the room referred to him as “Cornelius.” When the initial lawsuit was filed, Diddy’s legal team denied the allegations in a statement to TMZ, and on Monday, they described the amended complaint as “an even wilder narrative.”

“Her far-fetched tale contains it all: fake cops, cash bribes, and an alleged victim of the late Michael Jackson who was purportedly kidnapped across state lines and forced to ‘sign paperwork at gun point’ while shepherded through a web of ‘safe houses,’” they claimed.

“No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies — and the perverse motives of those who told them — will be revealed.”

Druski and Beckham also denied the allegations on Sunday night.

“This allegation is a fabricated lie,” Druski said in a statement on X. “I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”

“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives,” Druski continued.

Beckham added to the conversation, saying, “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I, I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid.”

Beckham played for the Miami Dolphins last season, catching just nine passes in nine games. Back in 2018, during the time of the alleged incident with Parham, he was with the New York Giants.

Parham’s lawsuit claims she reported her allegations to the police, but Diddy’s legal team said on Monday that authorities found her story “to be unfounded after a thorough investigation.”
