DDG Accuses Halle Bailey of Preventing Him from Seeing Their Son

Rapper DDG took to Twitch on Friday night to air out his frustrations about his ongoing co-parenting issues with singer and actress Halle Bailey. During a livestream, DDG claimed that Bailey had been preventing him from visiting their son, Halo.
“Every day I don’t see my son, I am going to number it,” DDG told his viewers, visibly frustrated. “Let’s see, I know she will let me see my son then… this is the only way. I have not been able to see my son behind closed doors.”
The rapper also addressed his split from Bailey, known for her role in Disney’s The Little Mermaid, emphasizing that his only concern was his child. “I don’t care who she is talking to, who she is with, who she is filming movies with. I just care about my son,” he said. “She knows this makes me frustrated, she knows this is the only way to get under my skin because I don’t care what she does.”
DDG further claimed that their son’s nanny sees him more often than he does, reiterating that he is simply a father asking to spend time with his child.
This isn’t the first time the former couple has faced co-parenting struggles in the public eye. Back in November 2024, Bailey publicly criticized DDG for featuring their son in a livestream with internet personality Kai Cenat without her approval.
“Just so you know I am out of town and I don’t approve of my baby being on a stream tonight. I wasn’t told or notified. I am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people,” Bailey wrote in response to the situation.
The singer also expressed disappointment over what she perceived as a lack of communication from DDG, saying, “I am his mother and protector. And saddened that I wasn’t notified especially when I am out of town.”
Neither Bailey nor her representatives have responded to DDG’s latest claims. With tensions escalating, it remains to be seen whether the two will find common ground for the sake of their son or if this situation will continue to play out online.
