Offset is making his stance clear—he wants his marriage to Cardi B over. The rapper has filed legal documents requesting joint legal custody of their three children.

According to TMZ Hip Hop, Offset acknowledges that Cardi’s home should be their primary residence. However, he wants both parents to have clearly defined child support responsibilities.

Beyond custody, Offset is also asking the court to fairly divide their marital assets. He believes both should cover their own legal fees. Cardi initially filed for divorce in August, and despite brief reunions, they’ve largely lived apart.

Recently, Cardi has been linked to NFL star Stefon Diggs, while Offset has been spotted with models. Their seven-year marriage has been full of ups and downs. In December, Cardi described their co-parenting as “peaceful,” but Offset later threw shade in a since-deleted X post.

With legal steps now in motion, it looks like this chapter might finally be closing.
