Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a lawsuit from a male sex worker, who alleges the mogul sexually assaulted him in 2012 and threatened his life to stay silent.

According to the lawsuit, Doe claims that Combs hired him through a male companion service in Florida. After initial communication, Doe alleges he was flown to New York City to meet Combs and a female associate at the Intercontinental Hotel. The suit details that Combs coerced Doe into performing prolonged sexual acts on the woman and subjected him to other “degrading sex acts,” reminiscent of the “Freak Offs” described in Combs’ ongoing federal criminal case.

Doe further asserts that he lost control during the encounter, suspecting that Combs had drugged his water or applied a tainted substance to his body. He alleges that Combs then followed him into the bathroom and sexually assaulted him. The ordeal allegedly concluded with Combs issuing a menacing threat:

“If I can get Pac hit, what the f**k do you think can happen to you?”

This statement alludes to persistent rumors suggesting Combs’ involvement in the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur—allegations he has consistently denied.

In response to these claims, Combs’ legal team has dismissed the lawsuit as baseless. In a statement, his attorneys emphasized “No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult or minor.”

This lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges Combs is currently facing. In September 2024, he was arrested on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. The federal indictment alleges that Combs used his enterprise to engage in crimes such as sex trafficking, kidnapping, and bribery. As of February 2025, over 30 individuals have filed lawsuits against Combs, accusing him of various forms of abuse and misconduct. His trial is scheduled to commence in May 2025.
