Young Thug Seeks Return of Seized Possessions

Atlanta rapper Young Thug is seeking to reclaim possessions seized during his 2022 arrest. A civil hearing scheduled for Friday has been canceled, according to the judge’s staff.
The rapper, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams II, was arrested as part of a gang indictment. His trial, the longest in state history, ended with a guilty plea in October on charges in the YSL RICO case.
Now out on probation, Young Thug’s attorneys are working to retrieve items taken during the initial raid. These include over $149,000 in cash, expensive jewelry, and luxury vehicles.
Among his collection are a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette, 2022 Porsche 911, and multiple Mercedes-Benz models, including a Maybach GLS.
