Drake and Partynextdoor spiced up Valentine’s Day with their long-awaited album, “$ome $exy $ongs 4 U,” for all the lovers and hopeless romantics. On February 14th, the duo released the 21-track album, which consists of a few features, such as Yebba, Chino Pacas and a brief interview sample from Ice Spice. Drake wants to bring joy to his listeners’ special day and to give his fans the much anticipated chemistry we’ve all been missing from both. The album cover showcases both in front of the Marilyn Monroe Towers in Canada dressed in huge fur coats.

“It’s some turned-up songs for you on there, too, and there’s some personal feelings on there for you. Hopefully, whoever you’re with on Valentine’s Day, hopefully y’all can share that experience together.” – Drake

The album is seen as a tribute to Drake’s loyal fan base amid the rap feud and constant embarrassments this past year. Drake and PND always have a magnetic chemistry that will have you in your feelings in a minute, as they speak about countless wasted situationships, the urge to hit up an ex, or simply wanting to have someone special by your side. However, during their heated feud, Drake drops a few responses addressing Kendrick Lamar and the rap beef. On the song, “Brian Steel,” which is named after Young Thug‘s legendary attorney, he states, “Broski just hit me, said, ‘Put all the beef on the side… I can’t/Mm-mm, I’m heated now, yeah.” Drake is alluding to Thug telling him to resolve the issue with K Dot, but Drake isn’t backing down. On another track, “Gimme a Hug,” Drake seems to change his mind “Fuck a rap beef, I’m tryna get the party lit.” No matter what he decides to do, he knows how to channel his frustrations into a hit. Below is the album’s track list.

As they prepared to release their long-awaited album, the duo recorded numerous music video trailers for fans. However, they have yet to release the official music videos for the album. Below is the video trailer for “Crying in Chanel.” The fans go crazy in the comments with excitement and anticipation. Despite the constant drama and album releases, Drake is currently on the Anita Max Win tour in Australia and New Zealand with pop ups from PND. Let us know what you think of the album!
