Kai Cenat Claims NFL Added Crowd Noise During Kendrick’s Show

Kai Cenat believes the NFL added artificial crowd noise during Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Halftime performance. Cenat discussed this during a Twitch stream, stating the broadcast’s crowd sounds weren’t present in person.
Cenat emphasized that the crowd was quiet during most of the performance but was loud for certain moments. He pointed out high-energy parts, like when Kendrick performed “Not Like Us,” and when Samuel L. Jackson introduced the show.
Despite his criticism, Cenat acknowledged the symbolic value of Kendrick’s performance and praised the set design. However, he felt Kendrick could have switched out some songs to better engage the audience.
Meanwhile, other streamers, like Plaqueboymax, had mixed reactions. He criticized Kendrick for not performing older material and said the crowd only reacted during certain parts of the show.
Pokimane weighed in, suggesting most criticism came from white viewers. She argued that Kendrick’s performance conveyed important messages, especially during Black History Month.
The performance received praise from several celebrities, including Jamie Foxx and Snoop Dogg. However, NBA star Kevin Durant remained unimpressed, calling the performance meaningless to him.
