A former Yeezy employee, identified as Jane Doe, has filed a lawsuit against Kanye West in California Superior Court, alleging religious and sex discrimination, harassment, and antisemitic behavior. The suit claims West compared himself to Hitler, sent pornographic content, and referred to the plaintiff using derogatory language via text messages. This lawsuit marks yet another controversy tied to West’s history of antisemitic remarks.

According to the complaint, West texted Doe in January 2024 stating, “I Am A NAZI,” after she urged him to condemn Nazism. The message followed backlash over his Vultures 1 album cover, which critics claimed resembled Nazi imagery. In June 2024, West allegedly mocked Doe and another employee’s salaries, telling them, “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler.” The lawsuit alleges he then berated them for failing to respond to his messages.

The plaintiff states she initially joined Yeezy in hopes West had changed after issuing a December 2023 apology to the Jewish community. However, she claims he continued antisemitic rhetoric and pressured her to market his controversial “Yeezy Porn” project, which she refused due to moral objections. The complaint also details repeated text harassment, including messages calling her “corny” and “ugly,” along with multiple firings and rehirings. She alleges she was officially terminated in June 2024, just a day after reporting West’s behavior to management.

West has yet to publicly respond to the lawsuit, and his legal team has not issued a statement. The plaintiff’s attorney, Carney Shegerian, called West’s behavior a “deliberate campaign of antisemitism and misogyny.” The controversy escalates amid West’s recent online outbursts, including tweets stating, “I LOVE HITLER NOW WHAT B*ES” and “IM ANAZI.” Additionally, West’s online store was removed by Shopify after he attempted to sell a t-shirt featuring a swastika.
