DJ Khaled’s album rollout might not be going as planned. He dropped a seven-minute action flick starring Mark Wahlberg and Anthony Ramos to build hype. The post announced that Drake contributed two songs to his upcoming album, Aalam of God. However, things took a turn when Drake himself shut it down. In the comments, he wrote, “Must be @drakebell,” making it clear he wasn’t involved.

The Instagram post has since been deleted, but Khaled’s X (Twitter) post is still up. The tweet has the same caption and still tags Drake, despite the rapper denying involvement. Drake’s response comes while he’s on his Anita Max Win Tour in Australia and New Zealand. His tour stops have already made headlines for their dramatic entrances and unexpected call-outs. During one show, he wore a bullet-riddled hoodie and walked out through a cloud of smoke, declaring, “Drizzy Drake is very much still alive.”

Fans saw this as a direct response to his public L’s, including his battle with Kendrick Lamar and his lawsuit against Universal Music Group. He even switched up his “Nonstop” lyrics to throw shade at LeBron James for backing Kendrick. In the middle of all this, he finally confirmed his collab album with PartyNextDoor, announcing the release date. The timing is interesting, as it all unfolds ahead of Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl halftime show on Feb. 9. With all this drama, will Drake address the DJ Khaled mix-up at his next show?
