Tekashi 6ix9ine, born Daniel Hernandez, is suing LA Fitness for a million dollars over a vicious attack from 2023 that sent him to the hospital.

Legal documents were obtained by TMZ from Palm Beach County revealing the rapper is looking for more than $1 million in damages. The Brooklyn-born rapper claims that the gym failed to provide proper security to prevent the brutal attack.

In 2023, while working out at a Palm Beach, Florida LA Fitness the rapper was brutally attacked by three men. Who are believed to have been members of the Latin King gang. Hernandez claims the gym staff was not properly educated or informed regarding security protocols at LA Fitness. He states that employees failed to promptly request presence once they were informed of the attack.

In the lawsuit, he claims that due to the gyms negligence, he was brutally beaten, assaulted, and robbed. This lead to bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, humiliation, medical expenses, loss of income, and diminished quality of life.

The rapper suffered injuries to his jaws, ribs, and back and subsequently three men were arrested in connection with the assault.
