Megan Thee Stallion Granted Restraining Order
Megan Thee Stallion, born Megan Pete, has been officially granted her restraining order against Canadian-born star Daystar Peterson.
According to TMZ, the “I’m A Star” rapper spoke in court this Thursday in an emotional speech that strikes the right note with the judge. Megan testified by video in an L.A. County Superior Court, telling the judge, ” I want my restraining order because I haven’t been at peace since I [was] shot.”
During her testimony, Megan expressed she rarely leaves her house, because she’s nervous all the time. She went on to say she has to endure people yelling “Free Tory” during her performances. The judge convicted that something had to be done, granted the Houston-born rapper her 5-year restraining order.
According to this order Lanez must stay at least 100 yards from Megan, her home, her work/her car. Since the rapper is locked up that shouldn’t be too hard. However, it also prohibits him from harassing, intimidating, threatening or disturbing “the peace of Megan”. He will also be unable to connect her directly or indirectly by phone or electronically.
