Stephanie Sibounheuang, fiancée of the late rapper PnB Rock, continues to endure criticism from his former partners even a year after his tragic passing. Rock, whose real name was Rakim Allen, was killed in September 2022 during a robbery at a Los Angeles Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles. Initially, speculation swirled around Stephanie’s involvement in his death due to her Instagram post tagging their location just before the incident. Though authorities dismissed these theories, clearing her of any legal wrongdoing, they’ve persisted in public discourse, including among Rock’s ex-partners.
Earlier this month, Milan Allen, Rock’s 11-year-old daughter, and her mother reignited the controversy. In a heated exchange on social media, they accused Stephanie of suspicious behavior and insensitivity following Rock’s death. Milan’s mother claimed Stephanie’s actions—like reactivating her Instagram account on the day of Rock’s murder—were questionable. She added,
“That man made you deactivate your IG. The day you came back is the day he was killed. Stop playing with me, Stephanie. You lied to me, [Milan], and his mom.”
The dispute escalated as Stephanie allegedly criticized Milan’s mother’s parenting. Stephanie’s sister also stepped in to defend her, intensifying the feud.
Allegations of Financial Mismanagement
In a new video obtained by Hollywood Unlocked, Milan’s mother accused Stephanie of draining Rock’s finances for cosmetic surgeries. She claimed,
“She spent his money on her p**sy and all,”
and alleged that Rock confided in her about financial struggles, including being unable to provide for Milan.
The mother further attacked Stephanie’s character, calling her a “pick-me” girl and accusing her of drug use to gain Rock’s affection. She declared that despite Stephanie’s efforts, Rock “never wanted her” and labeled her a “f***ing parasite.”
