Tony Buzbee, the prominent attorney known for filing several lawsuits against Diddy and one against Jay-Z, is now facing allegations of transmitting a sexually transmitted infection to a woman he previously dated.

A recent lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court, per TMZ, reveals that the plaintiff, referred to as “Jane Doe,” claims Buzbee exploited her since their initial meeting in 2018, which occurred through an online interaction. The woman recounts how the Texas-based lawyer charmed her into agreeing to a date. She traveled to Buzbee’s hometown of Houston for dinner, followed by a show.

After the performance, she alleges that Buzbee reserved a room at a luxury hotel, where he seduced her. They reportedly engaged in sexual intercourse without Buzbee disclosing that he had a sexually transmitted infection, which is not specified in the lawsuit.

Following her departure from the hotel the next day, the woman began experiencing “uncomfortable sensations around her groin,” leading her to consult a doctor who confirmed she had contracted a sexually transmitted infection from her encounter with Buzbee.

Upon informing Buzbee of her diagnosis, he expressed regret but appeared unfazed, as she claims he was already aware of his condition.

The woman alleges that Buzbee requested she keep her diagnosis confidential and promised to offer her free legal counsel as a form of compensation.

Despite feeling shame and distress, she continued to engage with Buzbee, who allegedly manipulated her into maintaining his secret.

She also mentions that Buzbee invited her on trips to Panama and New York City, where he owned a residence.

According to a report by TMZ, the woman claims that during one of their trips to New York City, Buzbee became enraged and struck her in the face with a champagne flute while they were at a bar.

The woman asserts that she possesses both medical and dental records to substantiate her claims of injury, including a chipped tooth.

Buzbee informed TMZ that he views the lawsuit as a criminal conspiracy aimed at discrediting and intimidating him from advancing his claims in the Diddy case. He describes the lawsuit as false, frivolous, laughable, and absurd, asserting that it will be dismissed just like previous lawsuits. Additionally, he has reported the attorney responsible for filing this latest suit to the appropriate legal authorities and intends to pursue legal action against both the attorney and their client.
