Megan Thee Stallion Accuses Tory Lanez of Orchestrating Harassment from Behind Bars, Seeks Restraining Order
“I wish Tory would have just shot and killed me if I knew I’d have to endure this torture.” – Megan
Megan Thee Stallion is back in court, alleging that Tory Lanez continues to harass her despite his 10-year prison sentence for shooting allegedly her in 2020. Megan claims that Tory has been orchestrating a smear campaign against her through bloggers, further deepening her emotional distress.
Megan's lawyers also obtained Zelle records that show Lanez's father, Sonstar Carlisle John Peterson, paid Milagro $3,000 between Oct. 28, 2020 and March 3, 2022, in six payments between $200 and $1,000. pic.twitter.com/2mBjsmnFcu— Meghann Cuniff (@meghanncuniff) December 18, 2024
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Megan accuses Tory of employing an online army to spread defamatory statements. A key figure in this alleged campaign is blogger Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, whom Megan sued earlier this year. Megan’s legal team now claims to have uncovered evidence linking Tory’s family to Cooper. Financial records allegedly show payments totaling $3,000 made by Tory’s father to Cooper between October 2020 and March 2022.
Megan Thee Stallion has filed for a civil restraining order against Tory Lanez.

Megan’s lawyers also cite prison phone call logs as proof of a “conspiratorial relationship” between Tory, his father, and Cooper. One call reportedly includes Tory’s father inquiring about payments to Cooper for targeting Megan. Megan’s legal filing paints this campaign as part of what she describes as Tory’s “psychological warfare,” which has left her isolated, depressed, and estranged from her closest friends.
The payments aren't recent and I don't think they're much evidence for any kind of new restraining order, but Megan's lawyers may cite them in their intentional infliction of emotional distress lawsuit against Milagro. In a heart-wrenching statement, Megan admitted the ongoing torment has pushed her to a breaking point. While she clarified that she is not suicidal, she shared that at her lowest moments, she sometimes feels,
“I wish Tory would have just shot and killed me if I knew I’d have to endure this torture.”
Megan is now asking the court for a restraining order to stop Tory from contacting her or engaging in harassment through third parties. Tory, meanwhile, is appealing his conviction and continues to maintain his innocence, with Megan alleging he’s using false claims about her as part of his efforts to gain freedom.
The legal battle continues as Megan seeks protection and accountability, emphasizing the need to put an end to the alleged campaign of defamation and intimidation.
