Kanye West is at the center of new legal allegations as a former Yeezy employee accuses the rapper of sending “graphic” and “grotesque” text messages, alongside claims of religious discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.

The lawsuit, reportedly seeking $150 million in damages, is expected to be filed soon by an anonymous plaintiff identified as Jane Doe. According to The Mirror U.S., the case will include text messages from West described as “extremely graphic” and antisemitic, with some messages also being “sexually explicit in nature.”

A source familiar with the case claimed,

“The antisemitism contained in these direct messages is worse than anything he has said publicly or in previous cases.”

The former employee alleges that she shared the messages with her superiors at Yeezy to report inappropriate treatment but was terminated shortly after. She had been with the company for nearly a year and says she faced a “hostile work environment.”

“Our client was significantly disrespected, verbally antagonized, and faced an extremely hostile work environment,” her lawyer stated. “When she reported these text messages to her superiors, she was terminated shortly after. This case is about holding Mr. West accountable for his actions toward female employees.”

The lawsuit also claims the plaintiff suffered emotional distress from the alleged treatment, leading her to require anxiety medication. She reportedly attempted to resolve the matter privately, but West has allegedly ignored her efforts.

This lawsuit follows a string of recent accusations against Kanye West related to inappropriate workplace behavior. Last month, another former Yeezy project manager accused the rapper of showing them explicit photos of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, and making antisemitic remarks about her and his financial dealings.

The manager also alleged that West audibly engaged in intimate activities with his current wife, Bianca Censori, in a nearby hotel room during work-related interactions.

Kanye West has not responded publicly to the allegations in either lawsuit.

As the legal battles unfold, they add to growing concerns about the workplace culture within Yeezy and West’s conduct toward employees. The forthcoming case will likely shine further light on these accusations, as the plaintiff pushes for accountability and damages for the alleged harm caused.
