Milagro Gramz Fights Back Against Megan Thee Stallion’s Cyberstalking Lawsuit, Calls It Baseless
Popular online influencer Milagro Gramz is requesting to have her Megan Thee Stallion thrown out due to ‘baseless’ claims.
Milagro Gramz is hitting back at Megan Thee Stallion’s cyberstalking lawsuit, calling it baseless and demanding its dismissal.
The Houston rapper filed the suit on October 30, alleging that Gramz had been spreading false claims and derogatory statements about her online. However, in a motion filed Tuesday (November 26), Gramz’s legal team argued that Megan’s lawsuit
“lacks the facts to back up her claims” and dismissed it as a document that “reads more like a press release than a legal filing.”
Gramz’s attorneys further accused Megan of using the legal system to “intimidate and silence” her critics. They contended that the lawsuit’s implications—suggesting that liking, sharing, or discussing posts about a public figure could amount to criminal behavior—set a dangerous precedent for free speech.
The legal standoff has sparked debate among fans and legal analysts alike, with opinions divided on the balance between protecting one’s reputation and upholding free expression.
The case continues to unfold as both sides prepare for what could be a pivotal decision regarding online speech and defamation.
