Diddy Accused of Raping Multiple Men in New Wave of Sexual Assault Lawsuits
Another day, another lawsuit surfaces.
Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious allegations in a new set of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, including rape, by three men and two women. Filed anonymously, the lawsuits detail disturbing claims spanning decades, with each plaintiff represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who says he represents over 120 alleged victims of the mogul.
One male accuser alleges that Diddy raped him in 2022 during an afterparty at the artist’s Miami mansion. The plaintiff claims he was given a drink, felt disoriented, and lost consciousness, only to wake up to find Diddy attempting to rape him.
Another man claims Diddy assaulted him in 2001 under the pretense of a music video audition. After consuming a spiked drink, the plaintiff says he became incapacitated and was sexually assaulted by Diddy, his bodyguard, and another man present at the audition.
A third male accuser alleges he was drugged and raped at a party in New York City, waking up to find Diddy on top of him.
In addition to these accounts, two women have filed lawsuits accusing Diddy of violent sexual misconduct. One claims he forced her, at age 18, to perform oral sex on bodyguards in a limousine in 2001. Another alleges she was drugged and raped at age 17 during a Fourth of July party in the Hamptons.
Diddy, 55, has denied all allegations through his legal team. His lawyer told Rolling Stone,
“Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.”
The lawsuits are part of a broader wave of legal action against the Bad Boy Records founder, who is also facing sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Buzbee’s firm has filed multiple cases, alleging a pattern of abuse and misconduct involving the music mogul.
The allegations mark a significant escalation in the legal challenges faced by Combs, with the entertainment industry closely watching the unfolding developments.
