DDG Expresses Desire for More Children with Halle Bailey Despite Their Split
DDG is definitely interested in conceiving more children, but only if it’s with Halle.
Despite their recent split, DDG revealed he still holds out hope for a future with Halle Bailey. The rapper and YouTube star expressed his desire to eventually have more children with Bailey, sharing candid thoughts about family planning and co-parenting on his YouTube channel.
DDG explained,
“I do want to have another kid, but I want them to be close in age. I don’t want Halo to be 10 and his little brother to be 1—that kind of defeats the purpose of having a sibling.”
He also addressed his strong stance on family structure, adding,
“One thing I don’t want is ‘baby mamas.’ If I were to have another kid, it would definitely be with the same person.”
Their breakup has been closely followed online, especially after a recent disagreement sparked when DDG took their son Halo on a livestream with Kai Cenat without informing Bailey. However, DDG clarified his intentions, stating that he hasn’t “moved on” and is focused primarily on work.
DDG addressed the public scrutiny surrounding Bailey, making it clear he still stands by her:
“I don’t like when people hate on Halle. She could be going through things mentally after having a kid that I can’t understand as a man. I try to handle situations like this with grace because Halo needs her, and we need each other to create a safe, fun, and memorable childhood for him.”
The rapper also urged fans not to put him and Bailey against each other:
“Y’all could hate on me as much as you want, but leave Halle alone. We’re both doing our best for our son, and that’s what matters.”
While it’s uncertain what the future holds for DDG and Halle Bailey, it’s clear that their focus remains on co-parenting and providing a nurturing environment for their son Halo.
