Cardi B Hints at Challenges in the Dating Scene After Split from Offset

Cardi B is offering fans a peek into her post-split dating experience, and it’s not exactly a glowing endorsement of the scene. On Sunday (Nov. 3), Cardi, newly single after her second split from Offset, posted a playful but pointed tweet to her 36 million followers on X (formerly Twitter), hinting that the dating pool isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

“I’m telling you … the dating pool got piss in it,” she responded to a woman’s post about her own chaotic dating experiences.

Cardi filed for divorce from Offset in July, citing a need for a fresh start after a long, complicated relationship. While initially amicable, things turned rocky in September when Offset accused Cardi of being unfaithful during her pregnancy with their third child—a claim she cheekily responded to with, “AND DID !!!!!!”

More recently, however, Cardi has expressed a desire to maintain peace, telling fans on X Spaces in October,

“I want a healthy co-parenting relationship … just like my mom and dad. They don’t f–k with each other; they’re just there for me and my sister.”
