Toosii, renowned Quadruple Platinum artist, has released a new music video titled “I Do,” featuring Muni Long. This track is part of his recently launched project, JADED, which evokes a nostalgic 2000s vibe through its anthemic sound. The video includes appearances from notable figures such as singer and actor Trevor Jackson, alongside comedian and actor Malik Bazille, who adds a comedic twist by attempting to create tension between Toosii and his romantic partner. Jackson portrays Muni’s love interest, as both artists exhibit their harmonious chemistry, positioning “I Do” as a potential lover’s anthem for 2024. The video made its debut on platforms such as BET Jams and BET Soul, and was also showcased on the Paramount Times Square billboards.

Earlier this month, Toosii unveiled his project, JADED, under South Coast Music Group/Capitol Records. This collection features previously released tracks like “Fuk U Mean” and “Champs Élysées,” which includes a collaboration with Gunna. JADED highlights Toosii’s characteristic honesty and impactful lyrics, while also showcasing his versatility. He adeptly navigates Afrobeats with “Fire & Desire” and crafts anthems suitable for live performances with tracks like “Party Girl Anthems” and “Sticks and Stones.” Toosii exemplifies his unique blend of rap and R&B through collaborations with Kehlani on “Ok…Whatever” and Muni Long on the powerful “I Do.” This project marks Toosii’s first release since his platinum-selling album NAUJOUR, which featured the Billboard Hot 100 top five hit “Favorite Song.”

In addition to his musical endeavors, Toosii recently demonstrated his diverse talents by officiating a wedding in Central Park. He also surprised a couple during the opening night of Rod Wave’s Last Lap Tour in Arizona, where he is serving as an opening act. Toosii will continue to showcase his skills as a premier performer as he rejoins Rod Wave for the remainder of the Last Lap Tour, alongside MoneyBagg Yo, performing across more than 36 cities until December 18th.
