Yeat Drops Highly Anticipated Album ‘LYFESTYLE’ Alongside Major Collaborations
Yeat shares fifth LP ‘LYFESTYLE’ featuring Don Toliver, Lil Durk, Kodak Black, and more.
Rising rap star Yeat has officially launched his new era with the release of his much-anticipated album, LYFESTYLE, out now via Lyfestyle Corporation / Field Trip / Capitol Records. Following his 2024 project 2093, which took fans into the future, LYFESTYLE brings Yeat back to the present, showcasing his signature experimental rap style and paying homage to his earlier work.
The album’s release solidifies Yeat as one of hip-hop’s most prominent new voices, boasting collaborations with heavyweights like Don Toliver and Lil Durk. Alongside the 22-track project, Yeat also dropped new merchandise in collaboration with designer Heron Preston and Cactus Plant Flea Market, further cementing his cultural influence.
LYFESTYLE fuses nostalgic sounds from Yeat’s early career with new experimental elements, demonstrated on tracks like “Gone 4 a Min” and “Forever Again.” The album also features longtime collaborators Summrs and producer Synthetic, blending familiar sounds with innovative twists.
The release follows a whirlwind year for Yeat, marked by the success of 2093, which became his fourth consecutive Top 10 album in just two years. His previous albums Lyfë (No. 10, 2022), 2 Alivë (No. 6, 2022), AftërLyfe (No. 4, 2023), and 2093 (No. 2, 2024) have all solidified his status as a chart-topping artist.
LYFESTYLE was teased throughout 2024, beginning with hints during Yeat’s three-show North American tour in New York, Los Angeles, and Portland. The album’s name was officially announced in September through a graffiti reveal on a Lamborghini and followed by a takeover of Times Square billboards. An international tour across Europe and the UK, including his first headlining show in London, further built excitement for the album’s release.
Now, LYFESTYLE is available, with fans diving into Yeat’s evolving sound and thrilling collaborations.
