Young Thug Seeks to End Beef Between Drake, Future & Metro Boomin From Jail
Young Thug wants unity amongst his rap brothers.
Young Thug has called for an end to the infamous “20 v. 1” beef involving Drake, Future, and Metro Boomin. On Friday (October 18), Thugger took to X to post a message encouraging a truce, writing,
“@Drake @1future @MetroBoomin we all bruddas. Music ain’t the same without us collabin.”

Future quickly agreed, reposting the message on his own account.
The tension between Drake and Future’s camp escalated earlier this year, with Kendrick Lamar taking aim at Drake on Future and Metro’s song, “Like That.” Since then, Drake and Metro Boomin have traded jabs, but Thugger seems eager to put the drama behind them.
Despite the beef, Drake has shown public support for Young Thug, who is currently facing racketeering charges. On October 10, Drizzy posted a selfie wearing Thugger’s Spider clothing, expressing his support by writing, “I really put [bread] on the [briefcase] 3 Jeff,” a nod to contributing to Thug’s legal defense.
Meanwhile, Thug’s ongoing trial has taken another twist. A former Fulton County corrections officer, Karmen Bailey, was charged with accepting $17,000 in bribes to smuggle contraband to inmates, including one of Thug’s co-defendants. The scandal further complicates an already high-profile case that continues to make headlines.
Fans hope that Thug’s call for unity will lead to new collaborations between the rap heavyweights. Keep an eye on this developing story for more updates.
