Rod Wave Drops New Album Last Lap with Lil Baby, Lil Yachty & More

Rod Wave continues his streak of releasing a project every year since 2017 with his highly anticipated Last Lap album. The 2024 release features 23 tracks and guest appearances from Lil Baby, Lil Yachty, and Rylo Rodriguez — a rarity for Rod, who often limits features on his projects.

The album includes the hit singles “Passport Junkies” and “Fall Fast in Love,” both of which made waves on the Billboard Hot 100. “Passport” currently sits at No. 97, while “Fall” debuted at No. 68, marking Rod’s 72nd chart entry.

Next up for Rod Wave is the Last Lap Tour, where he’ll hit the road with Moneybagg Yo and Toosii. The North American tour kicks off in Phoenix on October 19, with stops in major cities like Oakland, Houston, Memphis, Detroit, Brooklyn, and more, wrapping up in Ft. Lauderdale on December 18.

Wave is vying for his fourth consecutive No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, competing with GloRilla’s Glorious debut. His 2023 Nostalgia LP debuted at No. 1 with 137,000 units sold and saw all 18 tracks chart on the Billboard Hot 100.
