Cardi B Responds to Rumors of Cheating on Offset with NFL Star Stefon Diggs

Cardi B has seemingly addressed rumors claiming she cheated on her husband, Offset, with Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs. The speculation, which originated from blogger Akademiks, has gained attention online, but Cardi took a lighthearted approach when speaking to fans on X Spaces on Wednesday (October 9).

Calling the internet “insane,” Cardi said the rumors are “crazy,” but she doesn’t feel the need to fight them.

“The internet is insane. All these rumors are so fucking crazy. That’s why I don’t wanna address it because I feel like shit is funny. I’ma just let it ride out because I think it’s cute, it’s funny. I’ma let people think what they wanna think.”

The rumors began when Akademiks claimed on his Rumble channel that Offset had discovered Cardi texting Stefon Diggs while she was pregnant. Akademiks suggested that while their relationship wasn’t physical, the texts were flirtatious, and a picture was allegedly sent.

“He [Offset] sees the flirting. In a toxic n-gga mind, you fucked. So that’s why the n-gga is saying, ‘You done fucked Stefon Diggs,’” Akademiks stated.

Offset had previously accused Cardi B of infidelity while she was pregnant with their youngest child. He commented on her Instagram Live, claiming: “U fucked with a baby inside, tell the truth!!” Cardi did not outright deny the accusation, instead responding in a way that seemed to confirm it. She later wrote on X: “AND DID !!!!!!”

Cardi admitted that she began talking to other men on June 24, weeks before she filed for divorce, though she did not confirm any physical relationships.

The Bronx superstar continues to let the rumors swirl but seems unbothered by the ongoing drama, focusing on her career and personal life despite the public speculation.
