Method Man and Fat Joe recently opened up about their personal battles with depression during an emotional conversation on Fat Joe’s new show, Fat Joe Talks.

In a preview clip, Method Man shared that his struggles with mental health persist, stating,

“I go through these bouts with certain shit. It never really goes away.”

He emphasized how a simple text checking in on friends can make a big difference.

Fat Joe reflected on his own experiences with depression, particularly after the deaths of Big Pun, his sister, and his grandfather, which sent him into a dark period for two years.

“I was sleeping in the bathtub with no water running,”

Joe revealed, explaining how the grief impacted his mental health.

In addition to his candid conversation with Joe, Method Man recently announced his involvement in Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre’s highly anticipated Missionary album.
