A$AP Rocky recently opened up about fatherhood and the unique personalities of his two sons, RZA and Riot Rose, in an interview with W Magazine on Oct. 8. The rapper shares the children with his longtime partner Rihanna, and according to Rocky, their boys are already showing traits that mirror their famous parents.

Rocky described their 2-year-old, RZA, as his “twin,” noting that he’s introverted like his dad. Meanwhile, their 14-month-old, Riot Rose, is “just like his mom”—an extrovert, full of energy. “RZA is more so like his dad, like me. But he got his mom’s forehead,” Rocky joked.

“I love my boy’s big forehead! I loved it on his mother.”

The rapper also touched on the bond developing between his sons, saying,

“Riot looks up to RZA. I think RZA’s warming up to Riot.”

He added that despite their fame, he and Rihanna are committed to giving their kids a normal upbringing. Rocky even shared a recent video of RZA walking in SoHo, emphasizing that they’re “still human beings.”

When asked about his relationship with Rihanna and when he knew she was “the one,” Rocky revealed they’ve known each other since they were younger, reconnecting in 2020 and forming the family they have today.

Rocky has also expressed that, despite their celebrity status, his children will still experience the same type of upbringing he had growing up in Harlem.
