Jacquees Reflects on Fight with Trey Songz in Dubai, Expresses Regret

Jacquees recently opened up about his altercation with fellow R&B singer Trey Songz during an interview on “Off The Record” with Akademiks. The “Body Right” singer shared details of their fight in Dubai, expressing regret over how the situation unfolded, but emphasizing that he still has “love” for Trey.

“I love my brother, you hear me? We got into a fight,” Jacquees said. “I went online, bro, because I was hurt. That was our first fight. I was really hurt. Hurt because I’ve been around Trey since I was 15 or 16. I never expected us to fight physically; verbal disagreements are different.”

He further explained the outcome of the altercation, saying, “I ain’t even going to get on here and say I beat my brother. I won, ain’t going to lie. But it was a tie.”

In the past, Jacquees had taken to social media to accuse Trey Songz of inappropriate behavior, following the physical altercation. However, in his latest interview, he appears to be focused on reconciliation and moving past the incident.
