Three-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated global superstar and Afrobeats icon Davido is set to celebrate his 32nd birthday in grand style! He’ll be taking over State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA, on November 21 for the massive “Davido & Friends Birthday Concert,” presented by Wynn Records. This electrifying event promises a night of unforgettable performances and surprises, and all the energy fans have come to expect from Davido at one of Atlanta’s most iconic venues.

A special fan pre-sale starts on October 3 at 10 am (use code: AGOODTIME), with general sales following on October 4 at 10 am EST. Given the high demand for Davido’s shows worldwide, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.

Ruben, CEO of Wynn Records, shared his excitement about the event:

“Davido isn’t just one of the hottest stars in the world; he’s one of the most influential. We’re honored he chose to partner with us to celebrate his birthday and the anniversary of one of his most beloved releases. This is going to be a night to remember. We’ll see everyone at State Farm Arena on November 21!”

Davido added,

“Atlanta feels like a second home with so many friends and family in the area. There was no better place to throw my birthday party! We’re taking things up a notch, and I can’t wait for everyone to see what’s in store. A big shout-out to Ruben and the team at Wynn Records for being such great partners. I’m beyond excited.”

The concert will also mark the fifth anniversary of Davido’s breakthrough album A Good Time, which dropped on November 22, 2019. Fans can expect him to perform his signature hits with charisma and flair, along with appearances from special guests.

A Good Time remains a pivotal album in the rise of Afrobeats on the global stage. The album features hits like the Platinum-certified “Fall” and the Gold-certified “If,” plus collaborations with artists like Summer Walker, Gunna, Chris Brown, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Popcaan, and Naira Marley. With over half a billion streams, it’s received widespread acclaim, with The Guardian praising Davido’s “undeniable charisma” and Pitchfork calling it “a buoyant, unsinkable record, one of the genre’s finest ever.”

This concert follows the success of his (A.W.A.Y.) Are We African Yet? Festival, which turned State Farm Arena into the ultimate African music and culture celebration in 2023. ESSENCE called it “a night of unforgettable performances.”

The “Davido & Friends Birthday Concert” is just one of many highlights for Davido this year. Back in April, he made history by selling out Madison Square Garden, bringing Afrobeats to one of the world’s most iconic stages. Billboard also spotlighted his journey, noting how “Performing in New York has become a special ritual” for him.
