Wack 100 has claimed that Drake is attempting to hinder Kendrick Lamar’s upcoming Super Bowl halftime show performance.

During a recent livestream, the controversial manager alleged that Drake is using legal tactics to limit Kendrick’s highly-anticipated performance at next year’s Super Bowl in New Orleans.

According to Wack, “He’s trying to get the NFL to restrict Kendrick.” He went on to claim that Drake has even served Kendrick with a cease and desist order to prevent him from performing his diss track, “Not Like Us.”

The reasons behind Drake’s alleged actions remain unclear, especially since Kendrick has already performed the track live and it’s readily available on streaming platforms. Wack didn’t reveal the source of his information but insisted that JAY-Z, who plays a role in organizing the halftime show, wouldn’t allow Drake or the NFL to censor Kendrick.

Kendrick Lamar was announced as the main act for the Super Bowl halftime show earlier this month, sparking excitement among fans. The announcement featured Kendrick standing on a football field, throwing passes in front of an American flag, a scene many interpreted as a subtle jab at Drake.

“Rap music is still the most impactful genre to date,” Kendrick stated during the announcement. “And I’ll be there to remind the world why. They got the right one.” He also added, “You know it’s only one opportunity to win a championship; no round twos,” which many fans saw as a reference to a Rasheed Wallace interview clip Drake once shared, adding more fuel to the rumors of ongoing tension between the two artists.

Drake, on the other hand, has hinted that Lil Wayne should have been chosen over Kendrick for the halftime show, considering that the event will take place in Weezy’s hometown of New Orleans. Many fans had hoped to see the rap legend take the stage at the big game.
