Chrisean Rock has embraced a new mindset and lifestyle following her recent release from jail, showing a fresh perspective and shedding some old habits.

The rapper and reality star opened up about her changes on The Jamal Bryant Podcast “Let’s Be Clear,” where she discussed what she’s been distancing herself from lately.

“I’m going through one of those phases where I just need some time to myself,” Rock explained. “I’m in this space where I don’t even touch social media unless it’s work-related. My appetite has changed.”

She added,

“I don’t crave weed, alcohol, or even sex outside of marriage anymore. I just don’t have the appetite for things that bring confusion into my life.”

You can catch Chrisean Rock discussing her new outlook around the 18:15 mark in the podcast episode.

In other news, Chrisean Rock’s life with her son post-legal troubles will be featured in an upcoming reality show. According to The Neighborhood Talk, she and her son—recently renamed Chrisean Jesus Porter—will star in a new Zeus network series titled “God’s Plan,” set to premiere soon, though the exact release date hasn’t been revealed.

Earlier this month, Chrisean returned home to her son after being released from the Craig County Jail in Oklahoma. Despite being reunited with her son just days after his first birthday, Rock’s legal challenges aren’t entirely over yet.

“To be with you today, set free just days after your birthday, is a blessing,” Rock wrote in an Instagram post dedicated to her son. “Missing something as big as a first birthday hurts, but it’s also a reminder of the love and care I can provide every single day.”

Expressing gratitude during an Instagram Live session, she said, “Thank you, Jesus, for this fresh start. I’m getting my life in order so I can be fully present for my son.”
