Sexyy Red cancels her Seattle, Portland, and Oakland tour stops.

Sexyy Red has made a significant mark in the hip-hop scene, but she’s currently facing some challenges. According to HotNewHipHop, recent reports from theJasmineBrand reveal that the St. Louis rapper is forced to cancel several performances for her upcoming second headlining tour. The tour, titled ‘Sexyy Red 4 President’, was set to kick off tomorrow, August 22nd, at the WAMU Theater in Seattle, Washington. Unfortunately, that show is now off the table, along with two other scheduled appearances in Portland on August 23 and Oakland on August 26.

With that information in mind, Sexyy won’t be taking off on tour until Saturday, August 24, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. What has fans intrigued is that the chart-topping artist hasn’t shared any updates on her social media platforms.

As this news may come as a surprise to few, earlier reports indicated that this outcome was a real possibility. Back in early July, The Art Of Dialogue and Touring Data revealed that only 37.11 percent of the 85,217 tickets had been sold at that time. It’s uncertain how many tickets have been purchased since then, but it’s evident that sales are still lagging behind expectations. Let’s hope this trend doesn’t persist for Red moving forward, as it certainly raises some significant concerns right now.
